Great.

Third one looks cool and less detaily.

As I understand you have used dark blue for 4 freedoms and MILAN word.
And rest is light blue. So two screens. That is wonderful in cost side.
And it looks nice too.

First one seems nicer but in the meaning side third one implies its italy.

So in definition logo should be some thing meaningful and nice artwork.
Si I feel the third one satisfy both.
