[Design-team] Fedora Magazine design!

Awesome. I'm building the structure first, and will try to make it as
neutral as possible (code) so it doesn't collide. I guess using a lot of
widgets might make the work easier, since if one of the plugings crashes,
we could replace it faster.

do we have a final version for the design? or the one that Mo link was the
final?
