Unfortunately those designs use the old(er) fedora logo, so
unfortunately they cant be used officially in their current state unless
you modify them to use the new one:

Note the shorter 'f' and darker blue. I beleive you will also need
permission to use of it by contacting the logo people -
logo at fedoraproject.org, since it is a registered trademark of Red Hat.
