[Design-team] Self Introduction

[Alex Irmel Oviedo Solis]

Hello all, my name is Alex Irmel Oviedo Solis, I'm from Perú and I want to
join to the design team.

I hope I can help this team. Currently I'm using Inkscape and a little of
gimp. I design ed the most of graphic material for Cusco FUDCon Latam 2013 and
learned a lot in the process.

I hope you can assign a task to join.
