[Design-team] Lock Screen wallpaper

For a while now, GNOME has shipped the ability to change the wallpaper 
for the lock screen. In the default GNOME wallpapers is is usually a 
slight variant of the regular desktop wallpaper.

However, on Fedora, we change the default wallpaper, but keep the 
default GNOME lock screen that seems a little out of place with the 
default wallpaper.

SHould we consider doing a variant of the wallpaper for the lock screen 
in Fedora 22?
