[Design-team] Wallpapers in F22

Currently, we avoid Fedora branding on the wallpaper itself in order to
keep trademark-restricted packages to one place. I wonder if it would
be too much of a burden to the maintainer of that package to add a
subpackage with wallpapers which _do_ use Fedora trademarks?
