[Design-team] Artboard is back!

Hi folks :)

nirik fixed the artboard for us today. It has been broken for a while. 
It has a new URL now:

https://artboard.fedorainfracloud.org/artboard/

For folks who haven't used it before, the artboard is just a little open 
source app (shimme2) deployed on Fedora's infrastructure to give us a 
place to quickly upload artwork and get comments on it. Kind of like 
using imgur.com or something like that, but open source.

It's not hooked up to the Fedora account system, so you have to create a 
separate account for it to use it.

Please feel free to use this as a tool to share sketches / ideas / etc.
