Graphic Apache Error Pages.

I agree also, that was only a an example of what i meant by a graphical
page. Something with a logo representing Fedora. Of course it misses there a
small explanation of what caused the error, and so on.
But if it was to use already done things, it was better to continue with the
default apache error pages.
