GNOME Menu Editing

Hi,

Actual menu editing through the GNOME VFS menu method is not going to be 
turned on since there are still lots of problems with it.  If there is 
going to be menu editing, then it will be with, as Michael suggests here, 
an app to edit the XML files directly.
