Making the knowledge computable

Hi Guys,
The issue with the content of the CD is the least problem.

In my view the web site of fedora is such a great mess (sorry to say it) that one should have two or three majors in IT (at least) to manage with this.

Take a look at the website of HP for example - there is an online expert system guiding the user what to do and what not to do. Similar expert system could be made on the fedora website. The user will provide data about his profession, preferences, his computer platform, RAM, HD size, processor series, etc. and the onsite expert system may advise him what to do and how to do it. Movies with instructions could be uploaded as well (for further details about such movies see Ubuntgu at CNET TV).

Installing automatically the Office from the CD and convincing the user to install the Office are not one and the same thing.

At present all the Web is overloaded with redundant and often contradictory information and data and spam of any kind and with the years this problem will become even greater. It is not obligatory for a website of a famous Linux distro to give negative examples in that direction.

It is just an opinion.
