Samba network printers unusable with default Fedora Desktop installs

Regarding HP printer drivers, it seems that they are intentionally excluded
from our live install.

I can't find the commit message that explains why those drivers are
removed. Does anyone on this list has any idea what the reason was and if
it's still relevant?
