Gnome 3.10 (3.9) in Fedora 20 is awesome! A few niggles though :)

Hrm. I already tried that. Clicking it gives me two options:

- Clear messages; and
- Notification settings.

I can open notification settings and switch off "show pop up banners",
but there isn't a switch.
