Release notes have a launcher - maybe we should remove that

Crazy idea, why don't we place it in GNOME Documents? Or as some sort of
section in Help? Or why don't we provide a link from the default page on
Firefox? I kind of agree with Elad that putting this in Software is kind
of odd, I am certain that it wouldn't be the most obvious place for
people to find this info. (In fact I think most people looking for this
would just google for it, that's what I'd do).
