Other breakages with 3.12 update: Lifeograph

Hi,

I can't get Lifeograph to function properly since I updated to the gnome
3.12 packages. It crashes right at the start when I enter my pass
phrase. I've filed a bug upstream:

I was wondering it anyone had any hints on what may be causing the
issue? 

I even built a copr repo where I'm using the 3.12 repo to build
Lifeograph but that hasn't helped.
