No screen shield in login screen in F20

Hello,

back in November in filled a bug about F20 (then in beta) not having screen
shield in the login screen (obviously when running gdm). I'm not completely
sure, but I think this explains why my monitors do not enter in power save
mode after I logout. This worked in F19 and before.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
