Should gtkhtml be on the copr repository?

Evolution 3.12 still uses gtkhtml for its email composer.

Evolution 3.13 finally dumped gtkhtml completely, but that version is 
targeted for Fedora 22.

Development-wise, gtkhtml is dead.  But recent versions do have some 
important patches to keep up with gtk3 changes.
