A bit more about default apps for Workstation

Some clarifications:

1- I am not a WG member (of course) and only did a suggestion (of 
course).

2- I have not written about throw away Evolution, only about preinstall 
Geary. It's waaay different.

3- Yes, I use Geary stable (0.6.0) in a daily basis, with IMAP and 
IMAP/GMail.

4- I know that California is still in development. Was talking about 
future.
