KDE integration/status for Workstation

We (the KDE SIG) will be discussing and planning how to achieve that in 
the following few days, we'll keep the relevant parties informed. At the 
same time, we are prepared to cooperate with the Workstation WG, should 
they want to integrate (parts of) KDE technologies into their product.
