Sure but if we say these are the sets of the packages that we are going to
focus on for say Fedora Workstation or Fedora Server and assuming not all
of them are installed by default and I want to stay within the borders of
what that particular product considers their focus, I would want to quickly
list packages that are not part of the product before upgrading.  This
could matter even more when say Fedora Server has a different lifecycle
from the rest of the packages.  Does that make sense?
