This is why I use the pre-paid plan. Our only service provider cuts you 
back to 64 kbps if you go over the monthly limit and they don't give you 
the option of buying more. Not a suitable choice for someone doing 
installs all the time.

Then again, it's not all that often that we can rely on speeds over 64 
kbps anyway, except in the wet season maybe.
