Open seat on WG

Christoph Wickert announced in the WG meeting yesterday he's stepping
down due to lack of available time:

So this leaves us an open seat to fill.  I am planning to write a blog
entry on it to encourage interested people to volunteer.  The WG is
responsible for selecting an appropriate candidate.  If you know
someone well suited, talk to them and let us know via the list.
