Why people are not switching to Fedora

How does Arch handle it? I've got an Arch laptop next to me and when I
boot it up it offers "Arch Linux" which boots whatever the latest
kernel installed is for Arch, and then "Advanced Options For Arch
Linux" where it lists out the various kernels.
