 There will be an outage starting at 2012-02-02 03:00 UTC, which will
 last approximately 1 hour.

 Reason for outage:

 We will be upgrading the firmware in our backend storage devices for
 the buildsystem and lookaside cache. Additionally we will be upgrading
 the koji hub instances. During this outage, new package uploads and
 builds will be disabled.
