Request for proven packaging assistance updating packages shipping cron jobs according to the guidelines.

Given that it has been several weeks since I provided patches which 
update the spec file for several components in accordance to the 
packaging guidelines, I hereby ask for a proven packaging assistance to 
walk through the remaining ones and apply those patches.
