fedora-devel not up-to-date with fedora-yarrow-updates? (please fix)

I understand what you are saying - except - I only expect what you are
saying to be true in a few cases. If the stream has broken off, then
fine, it won't appear in fedora-devel. I can see this, for example, if
ntp-1.2 was released on fedora-devel, and ntp-1.1 was being patched
against the updates directory.

The packages I specifically listed all appear to be *newer* versions
of the packages stored in fedora-devel. They are not 'offstream'
patches.

It isn't that I want to have all the security patches in fedora-devel, or
even that I expect fedora-devel to be stable. What I am asking for, is that
as a fedora-devel *tester*, that I not have to jump through hoops to help
test the *latest* version of a package. Why should I be testing out-of-date
software, when a later version (not offstream) is available? Eventually,
fedora-devel will receive the update. In the mean time, valuable testing
time has been wasted.
