Might I suggest to setup an updates/errata web page for Fedora Core
similar to http://www.redhat.com/apps/support/errata/ and
https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/rh9-errata.html as a central place for
such information. http://fedora.redhat.com/download/updates.html doesn't
show the the announcement texts.
