You can rebuild the nosrc.rpm from jpackage, host the binaries privately in a
repo or use anaconda to mung them in. You can grab all the free binaries from a
mirror. Of course you might want to check with a lawyer but I think it's ok
for internal use in a company (counts as individual?).
