cpp signed differently from gcc?

Not sure anyone cares, but I saw something strange.

[root at devel6 s390x]# rpm -U cpp-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm gcc-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm gcc-c++-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm gcc-g77-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm gcc-java-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm libstdc++-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm libgcj-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm libgcc-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm libf2c-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm /mnt/redhat/beehive/comps/dist/fc2/gettext/0.14.1-2.1/s390x/gettext-0.14.1-2.1.s390x.rpm libstdc++-devel-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm libgcj-devel-3.3.3-7.s390x.rpm

This would be a non-event except that everything in that directory
is built from the same SRPM by the same Beehive run. So, why is
everything signed right but not cpp? I suspect a run of gpg with
"gcc*" argument.
