gpg keys in FC2 test 1

I don't know if I have a bug in my local system or what.  However, every
few days my public keyring seems to be erased.  Even _my_ public keys
are going away and I am having to redownload them.

Is anyone else seeing this?  I am not sure how to verify if this is a
local install problem, or what.
