I just checked the situation, and the patch mentioned above is identical to
the 2.4.22-ac4 one (if you only use the drivers/char/drm bit of it, that
is), a few small tweaks to make it compile. The only change in it that is
strictly not necessary to have things working is exporting via_fb_alloc and
_free in via_mm.c (which is probably for the ddmpeg stuff and thus can be
removed)
