outdated packages in rawhide

I extracted the patches from RedHat's 1.6.3 (the tarball in the SRPM
isn't pristine) last weekend, and successfully built a 1.6.6 by
reapplying them; I just haven't got around to sticking all the pieces
into bugzilla yet.
