I would disagree here. The freshmeat QA model seems to be "if its vaguely
literate and the web URL is right". Freshmeat is an indexing system. It
faithfully indexes crap. So 90% of the content of freshmeat is an accurate
index of things 99% of people don't care about.

Building a distribution is about putting the stuff people do care about
together properly.
