FC2: removing gcc32 OK?

But sparc32 cannot use gcc32 forever (at least I don't intend to maintain it
that long, maybe others want).  So, somebody needs to try gcc32 on sparc32,
debug what's the problem and file small self-contained tests reproducing
the problems (if any).
