FAM still keeping devices busy

Hi

Sometimes CD-ROMs can't be umounted, 
lsof shows a folder used by 'fam', although all nautilus windows have
been closed.
This bug was in RH9 beta and fixed, looks like it's back?

I don't want to rant, but problems like this, copy-pasting from
evolution, no decent samba browser are major for linux on the desktop.
