Hi,
I have just installed Kernel 2.6.1-1.61 x86_64 (CPU Athlon64 Mainboard 
Asus K8V), but
immediately after the kernel starts the load a Kernel Panic message is 
displayed.

The Kernel 2.6.1-1.53 works fine.
