AMD64 package help needed

I cannot reach www.fedora.us at the moment, but I assume that the above fix 
was to simply rebuild libtool and configure, because that's all I had to do 
to fix libsigc++ for x86_64:

aclocal -I scripts
libtoolize --force --copy
autoconf

The same fix works for gtkmm.

The hardest part about packaging gtkmm is its crazy installation paths.
