I know this will never happen, but I think the ideal solution for this
would be to merge all the major 3rd party repositories so that we're
left with Fedora Extras (which could be included in the default yum.conf
and similar files) for anything that doesn't have legal issues, and
livna.org (which could be renamed to something to clearify just what
livna does) for the packages that have something fishy about them that
prevents inclusion in Fedora-Extras. 

This way, even though Fedora never ever officially direct users to
livna.org, most of the community will know and agree that livna.org is
the place to go for xmms-mp3 and similar and let the newcomers know.
