Difference between FC2 x86_64 up kernel and boot kernel on FC2 amd64 dvd?

If you needed to do that then you built against the wrong and
mismatching  headers

that's odd since it's the same kernel; I'm surprise it works actually,
not that it doesn't, given that you used mismatching headers.
