Yum not working on development repos ??

I'm trying to upgrade a FC2 machine to the latest development packages 
via yum, but I get this message:

[root at furious kbn]# yum update
Gathering header information file(s) from server(s)
Server: Fedora Core 2 - Development Tree

[Errno 4] IOError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found

I've noticed that the headers directory (and the headers naturally) has 
dissapeared from
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386/

Is this intentional, or a mishap ??

And if it's a mishap, is there anyone who would be so kind to make the 
headers directore
