pam-0.79-5 errors

I think I can loosen up the patch to make an exception for ECONNREFUSED in
audit_open.

You can use this as a workaround for now (or backtrack to anything before 79-5).
I'll see if I can get a pam-0.79-6 out with a modification to the patch. I
appreciate the bug report.
