If the kernel recognizes it as a wireless device, and its exposed sanely
in sysfs (*cough* PCMCIA-hates-sysfs-somebody-needs-to-integrate-adams-
patches *cough*) then NetworkManager can use it without configuration.
This is purely a kernel+driver+udev problem.
