Probably no. RHEL3 contains a 2.4 kernel, and it doesn't even have a Xen
kernel there. To install inside FC4, the said OS should have a
kernel-xen* iirc

So, installing Rawhide inside FC-4, should work provided the Xen builds
were present (I have a FC-4, within FC-4 upgraded to Rawhide root
working just fin)
