The regulation (which I personally consider a good thing, in contrast to the
situation beforehand) covers _every_ game. Even solitaire. So as long
as there is a single game in the distribution which is not covered by
the USK, the distribution can not be sold to minors. In theory.

This is obviously bogus, and one of the situations in which the regulation
breaks. Maybe someone else realized that, too, which is the reason why
SuSE is still available for everyone to buy.
