reducing distribution CD count

Linux for you in India distributed the fedora 3 dvd
with one issue and includes all the updates till then
in the next month but they said they would have
preferred to distribute a single CD the first time. if
there are any quick ways to build an ISO with the all
the relevant updates it is a good idea to document it.
 Fedora should be have a organised way to target OEM's
