Who is broken when hotplug,udev and hal are causing high cpu load?

I thougth it was the card reader borking, not the kernel...

I am going to do a round in bugzilla tonigth, reporting all the bugs i
know - but does there exist a bug number for this bug?

I don't experience any other problems exept "cant mount before card
reader plug in/out ->works
