Including OO templates in fc4

Good idea, even if i do think it shouldn't be necessary to start with
upstream - do it in fedora, se that it works well. Show upstream "hey
this works well!".

BTW do you (or generally users of this list) have any opinions on which
one should be submitted - i ask of the same reason i ask for templates -
my design judging skills are terrible.
