Kernel 2.6.13 v. FC4

	I would like to add my vote for getting 2.6.13 on the track and moving
out there.  There are some nice patches for 2.6.13/2.6.14 that improve
the performance of USB ACM serial devices (which currently can't handle
much more than about 64K baud) that would allow me to bring some USB
ISDN modems on-line.  But the patch fails against the 2.6.12 1447 source
rpm and the current 2.6.13 kernel in development gets you a fast ticket
to dependency hell.  Building the 2.6.13 rpm's for FC4 isn't much better
(about a half a dozen dependencies, like kudzu).

	It may not be too much longer before 2.6.14 is out (and may, with luck,
incorporate those USB patches, plus the equivalent for USB serial other
than ACM).  I hope we'll see something before then.  But then we'll be
clamoring for the 2.6.14 stuff...
