Why not 'Joe's Pro Linux'?  Strip all the "redhat" "Red Hat" "Fedora" 
whatevers from the sources, add your wizbang stuff, release it.  Nothing 
stops you from doing this.  This is how things like CentOS exist.  It just 
won't be called Fedora.
