anaconda request - retry on network download failure

I just did an install from FC5T2 boot disk, and 2 times it errored out,
crashing anaconda.  I had tried to use ftp to redhat.  The 3rd time I used
duke ftp, and install completed.  So, I'm afraid there's a bug.
