Python namespace in packages

you want autodep tracking for python stuff? i already wanted that too... as
well as tracking for header files so the -devel packages also get
"autodepped" properly. i am in every aspect supporting that idea (actually i
already tried to discuss the same ín #fedora-devel a while ago.
